Building Services/Facilities Manager

Do you have experience of quality driven facilities management?  Do you have knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems within a large complex?  Then this is an opportunity not to be missed. My prestigious client is looking for an individual to ensure that the base build electrical, mechanical and general services equipment is properly maintained and operated efficiently. Your duties include; prepare and implement planned and unscheduled maintenance programmes, control/monitor the planned maintenance for the building, liaise with all tenants on a regular basis, carry out daily quality checks, schedule and monitor all contract work and repairs, budgets and implement all works, testing and record keeping of the fire alarm system. You will have experience of quality driven facilities management as well as electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, good administration skills, a technical/engineering background, be a team leader and have an appreciation of the importance of customer service.
