My client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant that is happy to work on both temp and perms, able to bring in new business and has the ability to work on own initiative.

Your duties will include; building up the temp side, placing on the perm side, bringing in new business, building relationships with existing and lapsed clients, networking, meeting clients, drops, registering applicants, timesheets, advertising jobs, searching for suitable applicants, screening CV’s, interviewing applicants and marketing.

The ideal applicant will have recruitment experience (any industry), be able to work on own initiative and work without being micromanaged, the ability to make and close a sales call and have good presentation skills.
